Shipping

· Free 2-day shipping on US orders over $49 (UPS Ground or USPS).
· Flat $6.99 shipping under $49.
· Express overnight available at checkout for $24.99.
· Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same business day.
· We currently ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

· 30-day returns on unopened items, no questions asked.
· 14-day returns on opened accessories in original condition.
· Return shipping is free for defective items; otherwise $6.99.
· Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Warranty

· 2-year limited warranty on all Home Media Accessories-branded accessories.
· iPhones carry Apple's standard 1-year limited warranty.
· Damage from misuse, water (on non-rated items), or third-party repair is not covered.
